"It was scam as the hotel was not listed in correct place in map it was 6 km away. They charged my family twice by saying that they have not received payment by booking app. And also hotel was not same. Staff were misbehaving and also after stay they disn’t gave us bill so that we cannot complain"

"Booked through Feb , worst ever experience in the life, staff at reception is not concerned about Booking, cleanliness of corridors rooms washrooms very poor, no proper lighting in room, intercom services dead, TV not working, restaurant not working. No washroom slippers, soap and towel supplied. Thanks God ac was working. I don't know why OYO ,Fab and likewise prefer to book these type of properties. I never reccomend the Property to stay."

"This is a fraud hotel. I had booked this hotel as non-refundable booking from Agoda. When I arrived at the reception on the day of the stay, I was told that the hotel is not functional and that I should call Agoda and get the refund. I left, took another hotel and then called Agoda to get the refund. Agoda reached out to the hotel to confirm with them and the hotel told Agoda that they didn't deny checkin to customer. Agoda asked me to go back to this hotel. I called the hotel reception and these guys told, Agoda didn't call them but also said I can come back and they will give me a room. Eventually, I came to know that this hotel staff was lying all the way. They gave me a very substandard room and I had to accept as it was a non-refundable booking. And I also wasted close to Rs. 1000 on other hotel and transport charges. This amount was never compensated wither by the hotel or by agoda. Pathetic experience!"
